Survey objective: To assess the time it takes for a CML patient to transition to asciminib treatment since diagnosis and also to know all the TKIs he has taken in order.
To do this, first of all, two codes must be created, namely the CMLer ID which contains, among other things, the characteristics of the patient including the date of diagnosis. Subsequently, you must create the last CML Medication Status which lists all the TKIs that the patient has taken.
Here, in more detail, the two concepts:
1 - The CMLer ID is used to briefly describe the patient while ensuring
privacy. It allows you to know the characteristics of the patient (age, date of
diagnosis, gender and country). The day of the birthday is excluded (only the
month and the year are displayed) .The CMLer ID maximize communication
between patients during discussion groups or forums. It will also be used in
surveys.

2 - The CML Medication Status is used to describe the status (history) of your
medication for the CML in order. It is mainly used during exchanges between
patients or during surveys for statistical purposes. It is recommended
for patients who have their own medical records on their computer including the dates of their medication change.
