CML Tool BOX
In order to facilitate exchanges between patients during discussion forums or during surveys, codes have been created in order to ensure the confidentiality of data and to simplify data relating to CML medication.
The CMLer ID allows you to know the characteristics of the patient (age, date of diagnosis, gender and country).
The CML Medication Status is the patient's medication history since diagnosis.
The CML PCR status is the result following the treatment of the patient by his PCR test.

CONTEXT:
A patient has only one 'CMLer ID' but many 'CML Medication Status'.
For example, the patient can have only one 'CMLer ID'

and also 5 'CML Medication Status' :

Note: Each time the patient changes his medication or the dose of his medication or his TFR status is changed (Treatment free remission), the
patient must create another CML Medication Status.

IMPORTANT
All data entered are not saved on the server and they are erased immediately after the creation and validation procedures. When creating the CML files, if you want to keep the data, you must answer "yes" to the request of transferring the data to your computer in the form of .csv files that you can then process with an Excel spreadsheet.
Thereafter, you can load all these files which are on your computer by the procedure UPLOAD THE CML FILES below.
