Objective: The CMLer ID maximize communication between patients during discussion groups or forums. It will also be used in surveys. The CMLer ID will also maximize access to the website by allowing the CMLer password to be set.

Note: To ensure maximum confidentiality, the CMLer ID will not contain names, civic addresses, email addresses and full date of birth (only the year and the month but not the day). For more confidentiality, the day is omitted from the date of birth. The month and the year are kept.
When the CMLer ID is created, the data is not stored on the server. Any data entered (including the complete date of birth) will be immediately destroyed after being validated. We then suggest that you answer "Y" to the request to download the CMLer ID on your computer in a csv file.
