Cada vez que el paciente cambia su medicación o se cambia el estado de TFR (remisión sin tratamiento), el paciente debe crear otro CML Medication Status. La lista de medicamentos debe estar ordenada.

En el historial 0-1250000000-400-20150215 vemos que el ultimo medicamento no ha sido modificado 0-125..... sino solo su dosis la cual ha aumentado de 300 mg a 400 mg.​
