Rahim, originally from Morroco, immigrated to Denmark in 1967, was diagnosed with CML in early 2007. His son Basim, a 16-year-old singer, took part in X-Factor (similar to American Idol). He sings in both Danish and English. In fact, you will find a lot of songs and videos of Basim on Youtube.
The song composed by Basim for his father, is titled
